How we work: Our Firm's Beliefs

Our beliefs are born from years of practice and shape our approach...  

  • How we work with the executive sponsor and their team

When we employ these beliefs - and work with like-minded clients - we do our best work, together.  


1| Our clients are the experts on the business of their company


2| We share our expertise and tools generously - leaving clients better able to solve problems for themselves next time


3| No CEO should have to choose between scale or agility - so, we  design for both


4| Great organization design starts with a well-articulated business strategy and clear problems to solve


5| There are no right or wrong organization designs... just choices with operating and economic implications


6| Creating a new organization structure is hard, but getting it to work as intended is harder - so dedicate sufficient energy to both


7| Change management starts on day one of the project, not on day one of implementation - engage stakeholders in the project discovery and solution design wherever possible


8| Organization strategy and design are high impact activities - they require all-in executive engagement
