Allan has logged over 15,000 hours working with top performers and their teams. His experience ranges from his early work consulting U.S. Olympians to advising senior executives and their teams in over fifteen industries globally.

His career is distinguished by being one of 3% of professional coaches in the International Coach Federation to receive the Master Certified Coach designation. In addition, he has more than 25 years of experience coaching top-performing teams and individuals in corporate settings — from start-ups to Fortune 50 companies.

Allan consulted for the world’s leading career transition firm, Drake Beam Morin. He has held key leadership positions for Marriott International and TMI USA, an international human resource consulting firm focused on performance management, customer service, culture change, and human relations.

From his early experiences growing up in the Midwest, achieving leadership roles in school church, and on his way to becoming an Eagle Scout, Allan has always been interested in human potential and what makes leaders top performing.

Allan holds a graduate degree in Counseling Psychology. He is a certified practitioner in numerous leadership and team assessments, including the Integrative Enneagram (IeQ9) Instrument.

Allan and his family reside in Arizona.

Throughout her career, Janis Milham has been both a student and teacher of leadership excellence. She successfully led teams to high levels of performance by creating a culture of growth, collaboration, trust and empowerment. Throughout her career, she coached and mentored hundreds of associates across the organization helping them to advance their careers and achieve their goals. Her authentic style, sharp intellect, and practical experience, in tandem with her ability to hear diverse viewpoints, engage the hearts and minds of her audience, and lead so that all can be a part of a larger purpose sets her distinctly apart.

Jans is a regarded leader with over 30 years of experience at Marriott International where she achieved success in a series of high level roles, capping her career there as Senior Vice President and Global Brand Leader - leading the vision, strategy and execution of global brand positioning, product design, and guest experience programming for seven brands.

Janis was the founding member of Marriott’s San Francisco Bay Area Diversity Council and has been a longtime leader of Women’s Leadership Initiatives, which is a passion of hers. She holds a Diversity & Inclusion Certification from Cornell University, and has completed over 82 hours of coaching training from the Co-Active Training Institute (accredited by the International Coach Federation). She is also a certified practitioner of the Integrative Enneagram assessment.

In her heart, Janis is a small town girl who grew up in Kansas. She went to college at the University of Kansas where she received her Bachelors degree. Janis, Allan - Co-Founder of Questage - and their daughter, Kate, live in Arizona - their “happy place.”
