Deborah is the founder and principal of Deborah Glenn Consulting and also serves as Vice President of Talent at PrōKo - a firm specializing in matching corporate clients with top human capital and organizational effectiveness consultants. She is also a partner and founding member of HuWork - a boutique consultancy focused on human capital and team effectiveness.
Prior to her consulting career, Deborah held senior leadership roles at Nike, where she led transformative organizational design initiatives. Her corporate career also includes leadership positions at Gap Inc., Levi's, and Pepsi Bottling, where she oversaw organizational assessments, talent management, org design, and global change management.
Deborah holds an undergraduate degree in English and Mathematics from UCLA and an MBA and Masters of International Affairs from Columbia University. Residing in Portola Valley, California, Deborah enjoys life with her family, including her husband and two children. Her hobbies include skiing, dancing, and taste-testing her husband's bbq feats.
