Lorraine Damerau is an organization designer with over a decade of experience advising a range of clients as they navigate questions at the intersection of strategy and organizational health.
Lorraine takes an interdisciplinary, systems thinking approach to partnering with clients as they diagnose and tackle their most pressing challenges. Her approach brings in concepts from business strategy development, systems engineering, behavioral economics, and game theory. Lorraine’s work is highly collaborative, enabling both strategic capability building and a sense of shared ownership over the resulting design.
She holds a MBA from London Business School, an MSc in Economics from University College London, and a BA in Physics / Theater & Performance Studies from Georgetown University. She is based in New York City.
