Associate: HALEY ENGLISH

Haley English is a seasoned leader with more than 15 years of experience in helping companies drive transformative change at the individual, team, and organizational levels. Throughout her career, she has collaborated with Fortune 200 executives across a range of industries to define and set strategic vision, navigate complex technology and organizational transformations, and activate behavior change to achieve business priorities. She is passionate about helping to shape organizations that are human-centered with the ability to navigate change and complexity.

Most recently she was Chief of Staff for Accenture’s Talent & Organization practice where she led efforts to develop the business and people strategy for a 36,000 member practice dealing with multiple acquisitions and offering changes. Earlier in her career she spent time working within the Chief Information Office to further learn and lead in new domains, including the world of Data, AI, and Cloud, before coming back to the consulting world to focus on talent strategies and change management.

Haley earned her Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of California Berkeley. Outside of work she is an avid reader, podcast listener, and loves cooking and being in nature. She lives in Newport Beach, CA with her husband, two daughters, and two sons.
