Elizabeth is an established change management consultant with over 20 years of experience. With expertise in employee engagement and internal communications, she consults with executives on issues related to strategic employee communications and navigating business transformation.

Elizabeth has consulted with companies across industries and believes that one of the most powerful ways to drive desired business outcomes is through engaged and committed employees. Highlights of Elizabeth’s work include:

• Counseling clients on employee communications related to mergers, acquisitions, and organization restructuring
• Developing change management plans for global HR transformations
• Creating internal communications strategies to raise employee awareness and commitment to business strategy
• Redesigning internal communications infrastructures for improved effectiveness

Prior to starting her own independent consulting practice, Elizabeth worked for Cap Gemini Ernst & Young, Edelman Change and Employee Engagement, and with Kates Kesler Organization Design. She earned her Bachelor of Arts degree, Cum Laude, from Bowdoin College and her M.B.A. from the Fuqua School of Business at Duke University.
