Associate: Diana nawbary

Diana Nawbary  is a People Operations leader with over 15 years of experience scaling People Operations for various global organizations in real estate, medical device, and software. Most recently Diana led the People function for a medical imaging startup company. She spent a decade executing a wide variety of talent, operations and compliance initiatives at Intuitive Surgical as the organization scaled from 2,000 to 11,000 employees.

With a proven track record in people, process, policy and project management, Diana excels at designing programs that enable high performers and ensuring projects are delivered on time and beyond expectations. Her skills in client management further enhance her ability to foster strong relationships and deliver outstanding results.

Diana holds two degrees from California State University: a Bachelor's in Human Development and a Master's in Public Administration with a specialization in Public Management. She also holds multiple certifications in HR including Leadership Professional in Ethics and Compliance (LPEC) and SHRM-SCP.
