Diana Nawbary has held various People related roles in global organizations like RE/MAX and Intuitive Surgical, Inc, for over a decade, providing dedicated service in the field of People Operations and Talent. With a proven track record in project coordination, Diana excels at managing complex tasks and ensuring projects are delivered on time and beyond expectations. Her skills in client management further enhance her ability to foster strong relationships and deliver outstanding results for clients.

During her time at Intuitive, Diana received several awards recognizing her agility, creativity, and continuous improvement efforts, alongside numerous "Making a Difference Awards" for her contributions to the People organization. She helped scale the organization from 2,000 to 11,000 employees and has lead a wide variety of talent and operational initiatives. She currently lends her expertise to various startup organizations.

Diana's holds two degrees from California State University: a Bachelor's in Human Development and a Master's in Public Administration with a specialization in Public Management. She also holds certifications in HR compliance and is a Leadership Professional in Ethics and Compliance (LPEC).

Beyond her professional life, Diana is deeply involved in volunteering and is an advocate for the freedom of Afghan women. She has also been actively involved in fundraising initiatives to support Afghan women and their families.

Diana lives in California with her beloved pug, Pumpkin. She enjoys music, drumming and practicing Spanish and exploring South America.
