Christie is an Organization Design and Operating Model Advisor with over 15 years of experience helping leaders across industries co-create organizational solutions that translate strategy into action and deliver outcomes at speed and scale.

She partners closely with executives throughout the design process—identifying critical organizational capabilities, clarifying roles and accountabilities, designing effective structures, and activating the connections and ways of working needed to drive performance and growth.

Beyond client engagements, Christie delivers capability-building workshops for business and HR leaders and has guest lectured on organization design at NYU and Cornell. 

She holds an MBA from The Wharton School, where she focused on Organization Effectiveness and Management, and a BA in Communications from Rutgers University. Christie is based in Philadelphia, PA
