Associate: Blake Bowersock

Whether implementing large-scale technology systems or adopting new organization designs, Blake Bowersock has dedicated his entire career to helping clients define, plan, and navigate change and transformation journeys.

Blake grew up in a family of independent grocery retailers until age 15. After spending 14 years primarily supporting Resources and Financial Services clients between Accenture and EY, Blake rediscovered his affinity for the Retail/ CPG industries in 2017. Focusing exclusively on organization design, Blake supported Lowe’s Companies HR organization for nearly three years before working under seasoned Kates Kesler design experts.

After nearly a decade in the Charlotte area, Blake continues to prioritize fast-paced Retail clients, when possible, co-creating and evaluating organization design options to improve performance and enable strategic goals.

Blake graduated from the University of Oklahoma with a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration.
